Q. What follows hence?
A. That we should labour to obtain forgiveness of Sins, Psal. xxxii. 1. Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose fin is covered.
The Resurrection of the Body.
Q. What is the meaning of that?
A. That the Bodies of all men that die shall rise aguin to Life.
Q. Was this believed in the Old Testament?
A. Yes, Job xix. 25; 26. For I know that my redeemer liveth, and that he mall stand at the latter day upon the earth; and though after my skin, worms destroy this body, yet in my flesh Shall I see God. Dan. xii. 2. And many of them that seep in the dust of the earth Mall awake, come to everlasting life, and some to flame and everlasting con tempt.
Q. What Examples were then of it?

Q. What Proof in the new Testament?
A. 1 Cor. xv. 12, 20. Now if Christ be preached that he rose from the dead, how say some among you, that there is no resurrection of the dead. But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the forft fruits of them that fept. Matth. xxii. 31, 32. But as touching the resurrection of the dead, have ye not read that which was spoken unto you by God, Saying, I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Ifaac, and the God of Jacob? God is not the God of the dead, but of the living.
e Shall the same Bodies arise?
A. Yes, John xx. 27. Then faith he to Themas, reach bither thy finger, and behold my hands, and reach bither thy hand, and thrust it into my fide, and be not faithless, but believing. Rom. viii. 11. But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you ; he that raised up Christ from the dead, mall also quicken your mortal bodies, by his Spirit that develleih in yon. Q. Whose Bodies shall arise?
A. All, i Cor. xv. 12. For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ Mall all be made alive.
Q. Why shall all rise?
Ā. That they may be all judged, 2 Cor. v. 10. For we must all appear before the judgment. seat of, Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his bedy, according to that he hath done, wherber

Q. What will they suffer?
A. The Wrath of God, i Theff. i. 10. And to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he rai.. fed from the dead, even Jesus which delivera ed us from the wraih to come.
2 Thess. i. 9. Who shall be punished with everlasting deftructie on from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power. And the Terrors of a guilty Conscience, Mark ix. 44. Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched.
Q. Shall their Bodies too be tormented ?
A. Yes, Matth. x. 28. And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the foml; but ra. ther fear him which is able to destroy both foul and body in hell.
2. How long?

Q. Who shall always live in Heaven?

0. Who will send them thither?
A. Cbrist, Mat. xxv. 34. Then fhall the king say unto thems on his right hand, come ye blessed of my father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.
Q. How will they live there?
A. Glorious, 1 Cor. xv. 42. So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption, it is raised in incorruption, &c. Phil. iii. 21. Q. How in their Souls and whole Man?

A. 1. Angels and Saints, Acts xxvi. 18. To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of fins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in nac.
