(to which all cases which occur in the Bow Lane or Tower Street police divisions of the City are taken).

Attendance daily, 12 till 2, or till business is finished; Saturdays, 11 till 2.

GUILDHALL JUSTICE ROOM

(to which cases in the other police divisions are taken).
Attendance from 10 till 4 daily.

METROPOLITAN POLICE COURTS.

Hours of Attendance.-Every day, as below, excepting Sundays, Christmas Day, Good Friday, or any day appointed for a public fast or thanksgiving, and at such other times as urgent necessity may require, or as directed by one of Her Majesty's principal Secretaries of State.-(2 & 3 Vict. c. 71, s. 12; 3 & 4 Vict. c. 81, s. 3.)

BOW STREET POLICE COURT,
Covent Garden, W.C.

Attendance from 10 till 5 daily.

Division." The space included within the following boundary (that is to say), from the boundary of the City of London, at the Temple Stairs, on the River Thames, in a line running along the said boundary as far as Holborn Hill; thence westward along Holborn, including both sides thereof, to Southampton Row; thence northward along the centre thereof, and of Woburn Place, to the New Road; thence westward along the centre thereof to Tottenham Court Road; thence southward along the centre thereof, and of High Street, Great and Little St. Andrew Streets, and St. Martin's Lane to Trafalgar Square; thence westward, including the said square, to Pall Mall, and along the centre thereof, and of Cleveland Row, to the boundary of the Green Park; thence along the boundary thereof, and of St. James's Park (including Buckingham Palace and grounds), to Storey's Gate; thence along the centre of Great George Street and Bridge Street to the River Thames, on the north side of Westminster Bridge; and thence along the said river to the Temple Stairs aforesaid."(Order in Council, 13th December, 1844.)

CLERKENWELL POLICE COURT,

King's Cross Road, W.C.

Attendance from 10 till 5 daily.

Division." The space included within the following boundary (that is to say), from the boundary of the City of London in Type Street, in a line running northward along the boundary of the district of the Worship Street Police Court to Stamford Hill; thence westward along Hanger Lane to Hornsey Lane, and along the same to York Road; thence along the

same to the Camden Road; thence along the centre thereof to the Red Cap public house; thence along the centre of High Street, in Camden Town, and of Upper Seymour Street, to Euston Road; thence along the boundary of the district assigned to Bow Street Police Court to the boundary of the City of London on Holborn Hill; and thence along the said City boundary to Bunhill Row aforesaid." LAMBETH POLICE COURT,
Lower Kennington Lane, S.E.
Attendance from 10 till 5 daily.

Division." The space included within the following boundary:-From the River Thames, on the south-west side of Waterloo Bridge, in a line running along the centre of the Waterloo Road, the London Road, the New Kent Road, and the Kent Road, to the boundary of the district assigned to the Greenwich Police Court; thence westward along the said boundary in a straight line to the boundary of the Wandsworth Police Court district; thence along the said boundary to the River Thames; and thence along the said River Thames to the south-west side of Waterloo Bridge aforesaid.”—(Order in Council, 13th December, 1844.)

MARLBOROUGH STREET POLICE COURT,
21, Great Marlborough Street, W.

Attendance from 10 till 5 daily.

Division." The space included within the following boundary (that is to say), from the Victoria Gate, Hyde Park, in a line running eastward along the boundary of the Park to Oxford Street; thence along the said street (including both sides thereof) to Regent Street; thence northward along the centre thereof, and of Langham Place, Portland Place, and Park Crescent East, to the Marylebone Road; thence along the centre thereof to Tottenham Court Road; thence along the boundary of the district assigned to Bow Street Police Court, as far as Hyde Park Corner; thence along the centre of the Knightsbridge Road to the Park Gate opposite the Camden Arms public house; thence along the boundary of Kensington Gardens (including Kensington Palace and Gardens) to Victoria Gate aforesaid."-(Order in Council, 13th December, 1844.)

MARYLEBONE POLICE COURT,

86, High Street, Marylebone, W.
Attendance from 10 till 5 daily.

Division.-"The parishes of Paddington and Willesden, and so much of the parishes of St. Marylebone, St. Pancras, and Hampstead as is included within the following boundary, the same being within the Metropolitan Police district (that is to say), from the Marble Arch, Hyde Park, in a line running eastward along Oxford Street; (but not including) the same to Regent Street; thence northward along the centre of the same, and of Langham Place, Portland Place, and Park Crescent East to the Marylebone Road; thence eastward along the centre of the Euston Road to the corner of Seymour Street; thence along the centre thereof to the Red Cap public house, at Camden Town; thence along the centre of the Camden Road to the Brecknock Arms public house; thence along the centre of York Road to near the North Cemetery; thence south-westward to Shoot-up Hill, in the Edgware Road."-(Orders in Council, January 7th, 1864, and December 13th, 1844.)
