Artists' Proofs and Remarque Artists' Proofs are limited in number in accordance with the declaration signed by the publisher or publishers, and do not, as a rule, bear any engraved inscription, except the publication line. These proofs may be signed by both painter and engraver, and are stamped with the Printsellers' Association Stamp on the left-hand bottom corner.
