COURTS OF INSOLVENCY IN MASSACHUSETTS. There is in each county a Court of Insolvency, held by the same judge as the Probate Court, at such times and places as the judge appoints.

While the Bankrupt Law of the United States is in force, the Insolvency Law is suspended as to new cases, but not as to those previously commenced.
