The Right Honourable the Lords of the Committee of Privy Council for Trade and Plantations have received, through the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, a copy of a Despatch from Her Majesty's Acting Consul at Naples, reporting that henceforth British ships will be permitted to load empty oil casks at any port in the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies, for the purpose of being filled with oil at other ports of that kingdom.
