XIX. The several words used in this Act shall be construed in the manner prescribed by the Act, 4 & 5 Will. 4. c. 76, and the statutes explaining and extending it; and all the provisions of the said last-mentioned Act and of the said statutes not repealed shall extend to this Act, except where any provision would be inconsistent with anything herein contained. xx. This Act shall extend only to England and Wales.
