24. Causing a child under the age hereinafter mentioned, or if having the custody, charge or care of such child, allowing it to be in any of certain specified places for any of the following purposes :

(a) Begging or receiving
alms, or inducing the
giving of alms: boy

(6) Singing, playing, or per-
forming for profit, or
offering anything for
sale, between 9 p.m.
and 6 a.m.: boy under
14, girl under 16.
(c) Singing, playing or per-
