NET RECEIPT of the Duties of STAMPS in the Years 1844 to 1850.

Allowance to Assay Offices reduced to 11. per cent.; Discount on Medicine Stamps to 51. per cent.; Discount on Receipt Stamps reduced to 17. 10s. per cent.; Discount on Deeds or other Stamps limited to 11. 10s. per cent. on Stamps under 104., Oct. 10.

Stamps on Agreements, Bonds, Conveyances, Leases, Mortgages, Settlements, Warrants of Attorney, and a few other legal instruments, reduced Oct. 10. Discount on Receipt Samps increased to 7. 10s. per cent., Oct. 10.

The NET PRODUCE of the Revenue in Ireland for the year ending January 5, 1851, was--Customs, 1,827,2891.; Excise, 1,312,1237.; Stamps, 462,6921.; Post Office, nothing, the income having fallen short of the expenditure by 43,6477., which was made good by the Post Office of Great Britain; Miscellaneous, 492,5491.;--Total, 4,094,6531. The total Expenditure in the same period was 4,499,7521.

DUCHY OF LANCASTER.-The total income for the year ending Michaelmas 1850, amounted to 37,1241. The items consist chiefly of rents for lands or manorial rights and privileges. The chief items of expenditure are for salaries and allowances to the officers of the duchy (including law-officers), 7,345l.; to receivers and agents for collection of rents, 1951.; to stewards and bailiffs, &c., 3811.; retired allowances, 8487.; donations and charities, 1,2507.; law charges, 1,519.; surveys, repairs, and improvements, 1,5571.; labourers' wages, rents, insurances, audit expenses, stationery, &c., 3,772.; purchase of stock, 1,6737.; payment to her Majesty's Privy Purse, 12,000l.

DUCHY OF CORNWALL.--The total income for the year 1850 was 60,0521. The payment to the Prince of Wales's use was 38,6757.; the salaries and retired allowances to officers were 8,7521.
