Shall be taxed according to the scale of taxation used in the Court of Queen's Bench, so far as it is directly applicable; and where it is not so applicable, the principle of that scale shall be followed.

Where a new trial takes place in pursuance of the direc-

abide the event, unless the Judge shall make some
special order with reference to such costs or any part
thereof.

In pursuance of the powers vested in us by the appointment of the Lord Chancellor under the provisions of the statute 19th & 20th Victoria, chapter 108, we, John Herbert Koe, Edward Cooke, John Worlledge, and William Furner, have framed the above scale of costs and charges to be paid to counsel and attorneys in the County Courts; and we do hereby certify the same to the Lord Chancellor accordingly.
