Having accepted the agency for most of the leading publications in the country, I would notify the citizens of the Cape and vicinity that I will RECEIVE or RENEW subscriptions to any publication desired." Once more we have the pleasure of offering to you our little annual, now in its eighty-seventh year. Times have changed since 1793. But some things have not changed. Honor and right are not yet obsolete, and must still govern our conduct, public and private. So shall our nation be truly great.
The P. O. Regulations, Tide Table, Tables of Courts, and other tables, will be found in their usual places. Our friends will oblige us by notifying the publishers of any error they may discover.
