The Bishops of London, Durham, and Winchester, rank next to the Archbishops; the rest according to priority of Consecration. The Bishop of Sodor and Man has a seat, but no vote in the House of Lords. The Bishops of Truro, Rochester, and Lichfield, will be entitled to st and vote as Lords of Parliament, according to priority of consecration, on the avoidance of any other sees than Canterbury, York, London, Durham, or Winchester.
