In Cunningham v. Butler, page 42, to the beginning of the third line from the top, add the following, "Mr. Bacon, Mr. Craig, and." On the same page to the last line of note (e) add the following, "1st July, 1861."

In Pawley v. Turnbull, page 81, after Mr. Malins's name, in line 16 from the top, add " Mr. Craig.”

In the last line of page 81, after the words, Mr. Baggally, add "in the absence of Mr. Bacon."
