There will be Four Eclipses this year, two of the SUN and two of the MOON. Feb. 27. A partial Eclipse of the Moon, visible at Greenwich, begins 9 h. 10 m. night, middle 10 h. 14 m., ends 11 h. 18m. March 15. An annular Eclipse of the SUN, visible as a partial Eclipse at Greenwich, begins 11 h. 41 in. morning, middle 1 h. 0 m. afternoon, ends 2 h. 17 m. Aug. 24. Venus will be a Morning Star till Feb. 17; then an Evening Star till Dec. 18th; and a Morning Star till the end of the year. Jupiter will be an Evening Star till May 14; then a Morning Star till Dec. 9; then an Evening Star till the end of the year. THE FOUR QUARTERS.
