ROWLAND AND SONS, 20, HATTON GARDEN, LONDON, beg to caution the Nobility and Gentry against being misled by the attempts of some Shopkeepers, who, to compounds of their own manufacture, give the titles of "Macassar Oil," "Kalydor," and "Odonto;" some under the implied sanction of Royalty and the Government departments, with similar attempts at deception; while they copy the Labels, Bills, Advertisements, and Testimonials (substituting fictitious Names and addresses for the real), of the original preparations.
