MR. GREY (Abbey Place).-We cannot give a description of the Tumbler Lock, registered by Mr. NOTICE. THE PATENT JOURNAL will be enlarged next week, and printed in quarto size, an arrangement which will enable us to give larger engravings, and more space for information. The preparation for this alteration will account for the change in the appearance of the Journal this week.
