Ordered, THAT a Select Committee be appointed to inquire into the Operation of the Act 11 & 12 Vict. c. 98, as regards RECOGNIZANCES, and to Report their Opinion, whether it is expedient to amend that Act.

Ordered, THAT the Committee have power to send for Persons, Papers, and Records, Ordered, THAT Five be the Quorum of the Committee.

Ordered, THAT the Order of 24th February, That Five be the Quorum of the Committee, be read, and discharged; and that Three be the Quorum instead thereof.
