AN ACT to apply out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund the sum of Four Hundred and Fifty Thousand Pounds, and from Moneys to Credit of the General Loan Fund Three Hundred and Seventy-five Thousand Pounds, and from Moneys to Credit of the Government Property Sales Fund Five Thousand Pounds, and from Moneys to Credit of the Land Improvement Loan Fund One Thousand Pounds to the Service of the Year ending 30th June, 1928.

WE, Your the Legislative Assembly of West

E, Your Majesty's Most Dutiful and Loyal Subjects, Preamble, the Members of

ern Australia in Parliament assembled, towards making good the supply which we have cheerfully granted to Your Majesty in this Session of Parliament, have resolved to grant unto Your Majesty the sum hereinafter mentioned, and do, therefore, most humbly beseech Your Majesty that it may be enacted: And be it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

1. There shall and may be issued and applied for or towards making good the supply granted to His Majesty for the service of the year from 1st July, 1927, to 30th June, 1928, the sum of Four Hundred and Fifty Thousand

Pounds out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund, and from Moneys to Credit of the General Loan Fund Three Hundred and Seventy-five Thousand Pounds; and from Moneys to Credit of the Government Property Sales Fund Five Thousand Pounds; and from Moneys to Credit of the Land Improvement Loan Fund One Thousand Pounds, and the Treasurer of Western Australia is hereby authorised and empowered to issue and apply the Moneys authorised to be issued and applied.

2. The said sums shall be available to satisfy the warrants under the hand of the Governor, under the provisions of the law now in force, in respect of any Services voted by the Legislative Assembly during the financial year ending 30th June, 1928, or issued for such purposes.

AN ACT to amend the Northam Municipal Ice Works
Act, 1921.

E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

1. This Act may be cited as the Northam Municipal Short title. Ice Works Act Amendment Act, 1927.

sec. 3.

2. Section three of the Northam Municipal Ice Works Amendment of Act, 1921, is hereby amended by substituting for the words "five thousand pounds" in the last line thereof the words "nine thousand pounds."

AN ACT to amend the Judges' Salaries Act, 1902.

E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

1. This Act may be cited as the Judges' Salaries Act Amendment Act, 1927.

2. Section two of the Judges' Salaries Act, 1902, is hereby amended by inserting the words "three hundred' after the word "thousand" in the second line thereof. and by substituting the words "two thousand" for the words "one thousand seven hundred " in the fourth line thereof.

AGRICULTURAL LANDS PURCHASE.

AN ACT to amend Section Four of the Agricultural
Lands Purchase Act, 1909.

E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

1. This Act may be cited as the Agricultural Lands Purchase Act Amendment Act, 1927.

Short title

sec. 4.

2. Section four of the Agricultural Lands Purchase Act, Amendment of 1909, is, and as from the first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven, shall be deemed to have been, amended by the deletion of the words "at a rate of interest not exceeding four per centum per annum in paragraph (b) in subsection one thereof.
