IV. the oversight is committed of speaking of Dr. Leonard's predecessor as an unmarried man, — inaccurately so stated. — Again, Dr. Lamson's close relation to the Dublin case, and the importance of his testimony, is less precisely described in the text than it would be by designating him as an expert on the whole subject of ecclesiastical history,
