But where the Taxing Master sends a bill or part of a bill to the officer of any other court, with a request to such officer to assist him in the taxation thereof, and the officer of such other court takes his fee thereon, the ad valorem duty hereby directed to be levied in respect of the taxation of costs shall not be paid on that part of the bill so taxed and charged for by the officer of such other court.
