PALM SUNDAY, MARCH 26TH.-In St. Paul's Church; 9:30 a. M., celebrated Holy Communion; 10:30, preached, confirmed twenty-five and addressed them; 3 P. M., catechised the Sunday-school and received nine to the Roll of Honor; evening, in St. George's Chapel, preached, confirmed seventeen and addressed them.

GOOD FRIDAY, MARCH 31ST.—10 A. M., preached, in Christ Church; attended passion service 12 to 3 P. M. in St. Paul's and gave benediction; evening, preached in Grace Cathedral.

EASTER DAY, APRIL 2D.-Celebrated Holy Communion and gave Easter Salutation in Christ Church, 7 A. M.; in Grace Cathedral, at 10:30, received eight to the Roll of Honor, preached, confirmed ten; addressed them and celebrated Holy Communion; 3 P. M., at Christ Church, addressed the Sunday-school; evening, in Holy Innocents' Church, preached, confirmed six, addressed them, and received four to the Roll of Honor.

EASTER MONDAY, APRIL 3D.-Presided at meeting of Indianapolis Clericus; 3 P. M., attended Woman's Auxiliary Tea of Christ Church, Indianapolis, and made an address.

FRIDAY, APRIL 7TH.-Visited Washington, held service, 7 P. M. in Methodist church and preached.

FIRST SUNDAY AFTER EASTER, APRIL 9TH.-In St. Stephen's Church, Terre Haute; 10 A. M., catechised the Sunday-school; 10:45 A. M., preached, confirmed twelve, addressed them, and celebrated Holy Communion; evening, in St. John's Church, Greencastle, preached confirmed five and addressed them.

MONDAY, APRIL 1OTH.-Visited Rockville; evening, preached, in St. John's Church.

TUESDAY, APRIL 11TH.-6:30-A. M., celebrated Holy Communion in St. John's Church, Rockville.

THURSDAY, APRIL 13TH.-Held benediction service of St. John's Church, Mount Vernon, and preached.

FRIDAY, APRIL 14TH.-10 A. M., celebrated Holy Communion in St. John's Church, Mount Vernon.

SECOND SUNDAY AFTER EASTER, APRIL 16TH.-Visited Evansville; 10 A. M., in St. Paul's Church, catechised the Sunday-school and received seven to the Roll of Honor; 10:30 A. M., in the same church, preached, confirmed twelve and addressed them and celebrated Holy Communion; evening, in Holy Innocents' Church, preached, confirmed thirty and addressed them.

MONDAY, APRIL 17TH.-9:30 A. M., celebrated Holy Communion in Holy Innocents' Church; 3 P. M., addressed Woman's and Junior Auxiliaries, of St. Paul's Church; evening, made an address in Holy Innocents' Church.

TUESDAY, APRIL ISTH.-Evening, in St. Paul's Church, New Albany, confirmed three persons and addressed them.

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 19TH.-Presided at meeting of Southern Convocation in St. Paul's Church, New Albany, made an address; 7 A. M., celebrated Holy Communion, evening, confirmed two persons from St. Paul's Church, Jeffersonville.

THIRD SUNDAY AFTER EASTER, APRIL 23D.-In St. James's Church, South Bend; 10:30 A. M., baptized an intant, said service, preached and celebrated Holy Communion; P. M., in St. Paul's Church, Mishawaka, said service and preached; evening, preached in St. John's Church, Elkhart.

MONDAY, APRIL 24TH.-Visited Bristol; evening, preached in St. John's Church.

TUESDAY, APRIL 25TH.-Went to Kokomo to attend session of Northern Convocation; evening, confirmed sixteen persons and addressed them.

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 26TH.—10 A. M., celebrated Holy Communion, presided at Convocation; 4 P. M., confirmed four persons in South Kokomo; evening, confirmed five others in Hall, occupied by St. Andrew's Mission.

THURSDAY, APRIL 27TH.-Visited St. Stephen's Mission, Elwood; held service in Presbyterian church; preached and confirmed seven persons.

FRIDAY, APRIL 28TH.-Evening, in Trinity Church, Peru, preached and confirmed one person.

FOURTH SUNDAY AFTER EASTER, APRIL 30TH.-Visited Trinity Church, Fort Wayne; 10 A. M., catechised and addressed the Sundayschool; 10:45 A. M., preached, confirmed eight, addressed them and celebrated Holy Communion; evening, preached, in Grace Church, Muncie.

MONDAY, MAY IST, ST. PHILIP'S AND ST. JAMES'S DAY.-10 A. M., received Holy Communion in Christ Church, Indianapolis; evening, in Trinity Church, Logansport; preached, received three to the Roll of Honor and confirmed one person.

Wednesday, May 3D.—10 a. M., celebrated Holy Communion, and presided in Convocation during the day.

M., preached, confirmed three persons, addressed them and celebrated Holy Communion, confirmed six persons in private; evening, in Grace Church, Muncie; preached, confirmed six and addressed them.

MONDAY, MAY 8TH.—Visited Hartford City; evening in Presbyterian church, preached and confirmed two persons.

TUESDAY, MAY 9TH.-2 P. M.-Assisted in funeral services of Hon. W. E Niblack, at Christ Church, Indianapolis.

WEDNESDAY, MAY 10TH.-Evening in St. Philip's Church, Kennard, preached, confirmed three and addressed them.

ASCENSION DAY, MAY 11TH.—10:30 A. M., in St. James's Church, New Castle, preached and celebrated Holy Communion; evening, in same church, preached, confirmed six and addressed them.

SUNDAY AFTER ASCENSION, MAY 14TH.-In St. Mark's Church, Lima, 10:30 A. M., preached, confirmed two, addressed them, and celebrated Holy Communion; 3:30 P. M.. preached in St. John's Church, Lagrange; evening preached in St. Mark's Church, Lima.

MONDAY, MAY 15TH.-Evening in Trinity Mission, Kendallville, preached, confirmed six persons and addressed them.

TUESDAY, MAY 16TH.-10 A. M., celebrated Holy Communion in Trinity Mission; evening held benediction service of St. Mary's Church, New Carlisle, confirmed two persons, and made an address.

WEDNESDAY, MAY 17TH.-Visited North Liberty; 7:30 P. M., in St. Philip's Church, preached, confirmed two persons and addressed them.

FRIDAY, MAY 19TH.-Confirmed a sick person in private for Grace Cathedral; 8 P. M., attended preliminary meeting of convention of St. Andrew's Brotherhood in Christ Church Guild room.

SATURDAY, MAY 20TH.-All day attended primary convention of St. Andrew's Brotherhood. Made an address of welcome; received Holy Communion.

WHITSUNDAY, MAY 21ST.-7:30 A. M. celebrated Holy Communion in Grace Cathedral, and made an address; 10:30, in Christ Church, confirmed thirteen persons, addressed them and celebrated Holy Communion; 2:30, at annual gathering of Sunday-schools in St. Paul's Church, catechised the children; 4 P. M., presided at men's meeting in Christ Church; evening presided at closing meeting of St. Andrew's Brotherhood in St. Paul's Church.

TUESDAY, MAY 23D.-Met with committee on Division of the Diocese at Diocesan Library. Gave letter dimissory to Rev. J. A. Antrim to Ecclesiastical Authority of Western Texas.

THURSDAY, MAY 25TH.-Present at the examination of Rev. Gerald H. Morse for Priest's orders in Diocesan Library. Received from Standing Committee of the Diocese recommendation of Rev. S. E. Prentiss and Rev. G. H.' Morse for Priest's orders, and received certificate of examiners of satisfaction with Mr. Morse's and Mr. Prentiss's examination. Received from examiners certificate that Mr. Herbert G. Web-ter had passed his literary examination.

FRIDAY AND SATURDAY, MAY 26TH AND 27TH.-Spent in preparing annual address for Convertion. May 27th received from the Bishop of New York acceptance of letter of transfer of Rev. Cecil P. Wilson. Examined Rev. S. E. Prentiss for Priest's orders. Received notice from vestry of Christ Church, Madison, of their having elected Rev. W. H. Bamford, rector.

The Bishop then introduced the Right Rev. Francis K. Brooke, Missionary Bishop of Oklahoma, who briefly ad

dressed the congregation, after which offerings were received in behalf of the missionary work in Oklahoma.

After the benediction, the Bishop called the Convention to order, and a quorum being present, the ballot was by unanimous consent dispensed with, and the Rev. Willis D. Engle was re-elected Secretary.

The Bishop then announced the appointment of the following standing committees:
