TENTH SUNDAY AFTER TRINITY, AUGUST 14TH.-In St. Mary's-by-theSea, Point Pleasant, N. J., 7:00 A. M., celebrated Holy Communion; 10: 30 A. M., said morning prayer and preached.

TUESDAY, AUGUST 6TH.-Received notice from the President of the Standing Committee of the Diocese of Easton that a majority of the Bishops and Standing Committees had given consent to the acceptance of the Bishopric of that Diocese by Bishop Adams.

SATURDAY, AUGUST 20TH. Attended morning prayer in Bethesda Church, Saratoga Springs.

ELEVENTH SUNDAY AFTER TRINITY, AUGUST 21st.-7:30 A. M., received Holy Communion, and 10: 45 A. M., preached in Bethesda Church; 8:00 P. M., in same church, made an address on mission work in Indiana.

FRIDAY, AUGUST 26TH.-Attended funeral of an aged sister in 'Lansingburgh, N. Y.

M., took part in the service, preached and made an address on Church work in Indiana; 5:00 P. M., made an address on the missionary work of the Church. THIRTEENTH SUNDAY AFTER TRINITY, SEPTEMBER 4TH.-10:30 A. M., preached in St. Luke's Church, Charlestown, New Hampshire, made an address and celebrated Holy Communion; 6:00 P. M., in Emmanuel Church, Bellow's Falls, Vermont, preached and made an address on missionary work.

FOURTEENTH SUNDAY AFTER TRINITY, SEPTEMBER 11TH.-Said service and preached in Trinity Church, Lansingburgh, N. Y., 10:30 A. M.; afternoon, preached in the old red school house, Schaghticoke.

Wednesday, September 14th.-Gave letters dimissory to Rev. H. L. C. Braddon to Diocese of Massachusetts, and Rev. William B. Burk to Diocese of Central Pennsylvania; received letter dimissory of Rev. J. T. L. Hynes, Deacon, from Diocese of Kentucky, and sent acceptance. Received notice from the presiding Bishop of a call for a meeting of the House of Bishops in Philadelphia, for the election of two Missionary Bishops, and signified to him my intention to be present.

THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 15TH.-9 A. M., visited the Indianapolis Institute and addressed the young ladies.

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 16TH.-Attended service in Grace Church, 7:30 P. M. SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 17TH.-Gave letter dimissory to Rev. John Moncure to Diocese of Southern Ohio; licensed E. N. King as lay reader at Poneto, Adams county, Ind.

FIFTEENTH SUNDAY AFTER TRINITY, SEPTEMBER 18TH.-In Grace Church, Indianapolis, made an address on Church work; admitted F. E. Marsh and C. A. Sudlow as lay readers; blessed altar cross and brasses, and celebrated Holy Communion; 7:30 P. M., in Holy Innocents' Church, preached, confirmed three persons and addressed them.

WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 21ST, ST. MATTHEW'S DAY.-Celebrated Holy Communion in St. Stephen's Church, Terre Haute.

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 23D.-2 p. M., laid the corner-stone of St. Mary's Church, Wilkinson; evening made an address in the school-house.

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 24TH.-Received application of Oliver Matson to become a postulant for Holy Orders; approved the same, and recommended him to the Standing Committee of the Diocese.

MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 26TH.-Received and accepted letter dimissory of Rev. Walter H. Bamford, Deacon, from Diocese of Minnesota; received notice of the acceptance of letter dimissory of Rev. John Moncure, from Ecclesiastical Authority of Southern Ohio.

SEPTEMBER 27TH TO 29TH.-In attendance on Northern Convocation at Goshen; preached, celebrated Holy Communion, and made three addresses.

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 30TH.-Received and accepted letter dimissory of Rev. Augustine Prentiss, from Bishop of Colorado; received acceptance of letter dimissory of Rev. H. L. C. Braddon, from the Bishop of Massachusetts; received acceptance of letter dimissory of Rev. Wm. B. Burk, from Bishop of Central Pennsylvania.

SEVENTEENTH SUNDAY AFTER TRINITY, OCTOBER 2D.-In Christ Church, Indianapolis, 9:30 A. M., attended rn Moing Prayer; 10: 30 made an address and celebrated Holy Communion; 3:00 P. M., addressed the Sunday-school; 7:30 P. M., reviewed the missionary history of the Diocese-this was the semi-centennial celebration of this parish.

MONDAY, OCTOBER 3D.-11:00, A. M., presided at meeting of Diocesan Board of Missions; 12, noon, presided at meeting of Trustees of the Diocese ; afternoon and evening, present in Christ Church at continuation of celebra tion of semi-centennial.

TUESDAY, OCTOBER 4TH.-Meeting of Central Convocation in Christ Church; 10:30 celebrated Holy Communion; afternoon, presided over Convocation and made an address; evening, presided at meeting in the interest of Christian unity.

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 5TH.-Celebrated Holy Communion in Christ Church, 10:30 A. M.; afternoon, presided at meeting of Church women for a review of woman's work in Christ Church during the fifty years of its existence; evening, attended reception at residence of the Rector, Dr. Bradley.

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 7TH.-Preached in St. Philip's Church, North Liberty, at 7 P. M.

Eighteenth Sunday after TRINITY, OCTOBER 9TH.-In St. Thomas's Church, Plymouth; 9 A. M., attended morning prayer; 10:30 A. M., preached and celebrated Holy Communion; 12:30 P. M. addressed the Sunday-school; 7:00 P. M., confirmed a class of ten, addressed them, and addressed the congregation on Church work in the Diocese.

MONDAY, OCTOBER 10TH.-Received and accepted letter dimissory of Rev. Benjamin F. Miller, from Bishop of Western New York; afternoon, went to Rochester; 5:00 P. M., baptized an infant; evening, preached in Methodist church; found eight communicants residing here.

TUESDAY, OCTOBER 11TH.-Received from Chancellor of the Diocese, official opinion in regard to the limit of the Trustees of the Diocese in receiving property in trust. Licensed W. H. Jones as lay reader in St. Mark's Church, Lima; visited Lawrenceburgh; evening, in Trinity Church, made an address on Diocesan Church work, especially presenting the Endowment Fund, and received assurance from the members of the mission that their quota would be subscribed.

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 12TH.-Visited St. Mark's Church, Aurora; evening, preached, confirmed two and addressed them, and presented subject of Endowment to the congregation.

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 13TH.-Went to Salem; 4:00 P. M., united Dr. J. T. Hutchinson and Lena Belknap in holy wedlock; evening, in Presbyterian church, said service and preached to a large congregation.

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 14TH.-Evening, in St. Paul's Church, Jeffersonville, made a missinoary address.

NINETEENTH SUNDAY AFTER TRINITY, OCTOBER 16TH.-In St. Paul's Church, New Albany, 9:30 A. M., catechised the Sunday-school; 10:30 A. M., confirmed a class of nine and addressed them; addressed the congregation on Church work in the Diocese, and celebrated Holy Communion; evening, preached in same church.

TUESDAY, OCTOBER 18TH.-Took part in opening service of Eleventh Church Congress, in Christ Church, Louisville.

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 19TH.-Received and accepted letter dimissory of Rev. J. A. McGlone from the Bishop of Western Michigan; gave letter dimissory to Rev. Frederick Towers to the Bishop of Florida.

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 21ST.-Received from Standing Committee, certificates recommending Oliver Matson as a candidate for Holy Orders, and Rev. Messrs. W. H. Bamford and J. L. T. Hynes, Deacons, for advancement to the Priesthood.

TWENTIETH SUNDAY AFTER TRINITY, OCTOber 23d.-10:30 A. M., made a missionary address in St. Jude's Church, Philadelphia; evening, made a missionary address in Church of the Annunciation.

TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 25TH AND 26TH.-In attendance at the Missionary Council in St. James's Church.

WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY, OCTOBER 26TH AND 27TH.-In attendance at meeting of the House of Bishops in St. James's Church.

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 28TH.-Festival of St. Simon and St. Jude; attended annual parish festival of St. Jude's Church and made an address.

TWENTY-FIRST SUNDAY AFTER TRINITY, OCTOBER 30TH.-In St. Luke's Church, Brooklyn; 10:30 A. M., preached and made an address; 3 P. M., addressed the Sunday-school of St. Mark's Church; 4:30 P. M., made a missionary address in Christ Church; 7:30 P. M., made a missionary address in St. Mark's Church. All these addresses were in regard to our missionary work in Indiana.

MONDAY, OCTOBER 31ST.-In Chapel of General Theological Seminary; 8 P. M., made an address before the missionary society of the Seminary. SATURDAY, November 5th.-Held canonical examination of Rev. Walter H. Bamford for Priest's Orders.

TWENTY-SECOND SUNDAY AFTER TRINITY, NOVEMBER 6TH.-10:30 A. M., in Grace Church, Indianapolis; blessed the new altar, advanced Rev. Walter H. Bamford to the Priesthood and celebrated Holy Communion; 7:30 P. M., in same church, made an address on the mission work of the Church.

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 7TH.--Evening, visited All Saints' Mission, Brightwood, preached, and afterwards addressed the congregation, also held conference with the vestry.

THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 10гH.-Evening, service in Grace Church, Muncie; confirmed three persons and addressed them, and delivered an address on Church growth in the Diocese.

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 11TH.-Evening, in St. Matthew's Church, Worthington; made an address on Diocesan missions.

TWENTY-THIRD SUNDAY AFTER TRINITY, NOVEMBER 13TH.-In Trinity Church, Logansport. 10:30 A. M. said ante-Communion service, preached, confirmed two persons, addressed them, and celebrated Holy Communion; 2:30 P. M. catechised the Sunday School; 3:30 after evening prayer made a missionary address.

TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 15TH.-Went to Vincennes; 3 P. M. visited St. John's Mission School and catechised the children; 7 P. M. in St. James's Church, admitted thirty-two children to the Roll of Honor and catechised them.

WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 16TH.-Meeting of Southern Convocation; celebrated Holy Communion 9 A. M.; presided in Convocation through the day; 7 P. M. confirmed one person, and made an address on missionary work.

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 18TH.-Visited Evansville; 10:30 A. M. consecrated the beautiful stone chapel of St. Paul's Church; preached and celebrated Holy Communion; afternoon attended canonical examination of Rev. J. T. L. Hynes, Deacon, for Priest's Orders.
