II.-Currency.

Of SILVER and COPPER COIN there have been delivered by the Moneyers into the MINT in the year 1848, the sum of 35,4427. in silver, and of 2,6887. in copper. There has been also received into the Mint 182,7831. 6s. chiefly in old worn silver coin, involving a loss of 6,5047. 15s.
