Owing to the difficulty of reaching several of our subscribers at the minor post offices, the publisher has deemed it expedient to enclose their accounts in the present number. He begs leave most respectfully to urge them to forward the respective amounts at an early day, as he has large outlays to make for the publication, and, without the assistance of subscribers, he may be embarrassed in meeting them.

Wherever an error exists in the bill, the publisher will cheerfully correct it on being informed of the fact, and the receipt of the collecting agent furnished All remittances may be made at his risk, provided the letter with the money is deposited in the post office in the presence of a witness.
