33 Either make the tree good, and

his fruit good; or else make the tree

corrupt, and his fruit corrupt: for

the tree is known by his fruit.

34 O generation of vipers, how

can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.

35 A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth

good things and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things.

36 But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.

37 For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou

shalt be condemned.

38 T Then certain of the seribes

and of the Pharisees answered, saying, Master, we would see a sign

from thee.

39 But he answered and said unto

them, An evil and adulterous genera

tion seeketh after a sign; and there

shall no sign be given to it, but the

sign of the prophet Jonas:

40 For as Jonas was three days

and three nights in the whale's

belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the

heart of the earth.

41 The men of Nineveh shall rise

in judgment with this generation, and

shall condemn it: because they repent

ed at the preaching of Jonas; and, behold, a greater than Jonas is here. 42 The queen of the south shall rise up in the judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: for she came from the uttermost parts of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon; and behold, a greater than Solomon is here.

43 When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest, and findeth none.

耶穌回答說奸惡的世代要看奇蹟除了先知約拏的奇蹟之外沒有甚麼奇蹟 憑你的話定你爲義人也憑你的話定你爲罪人○當時有幾個讀書人和法 就發出善來惡人心裏存著惡就發出惡來我告訴你們凡人所說的虛 看果子可以知道樹毒蛇一類的你們既是惡人怎能說出好話來呢因

他從地邊上來要聽 羅門智慧的話在這裏還有比所羅門更大的呢邪鬼離了人
爲他們聽了約拏的勸化就悔改了在這裏還有比約拏更大的呢南方的女王當審判的日子要起來定這世代的罪因爲
與你們看約拏三日三夜在大魚腹中人子也要三日三夜在地裏頭尼尼微的人當審判的日子要起來定這世代的罪因

it empty, swept, and garnished.

第十三章 指著門徒說你們看我的母親我的弟兄凡遵我天父旨意行的人就是我的弟兄姐妹和母親了 要同他說話有人告訴耶穌說你母親和你弟兄站在外邊要同你說話耶穌回答說誰是我的母親誰是我的弟兄就伸手 去住著那個人的後患比從前更甚了這奸惡的世代也必要如此●耶穌同衆人說話的時候他母親和他弟兄站在外邊 於是說不如回到我所出來的屋子去到了那裏看見裏面空間打掃乾淨修飾好了就去帶了七個比自己還兇惡的鬼進

13 Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not;

and hearing they hear not, neither

do they understand.

14 And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith, By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive:

15 For this people's heart is waxed

gross, and their ears are dull of hear

ing, and their eyes they have closed ; lest at any time they should see with their and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and

eyes,

I should heal them.

16 But blessed are your eyes, for they see : and your ears, for they hear.

17 For verily I say unto you, That many prophets and righteous men have desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen them; and

to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them.

麽怎麽有這稗子呢主人說這是仇敵作的僕人說你要我們去拔除麼主人說不要恐怕拔除稗子連麥子也拔出來 敵來將稗子種撒在麥子裏就去了到長苗結穗的時候稗子也現出來地主的僕人來告訴說主阿你不是撒好種在田裏 結實有一百倍的有六十倍的有三十倍的〇耶穌又設一個比喻對衆人說天國如同人撒好種在田裏人睡覺的時候仇 了撒在荆棘裏的就是人聽道後來世上的思慮貨財的迷惑遮蔽了道不能結實撒在好地上的就是人聽道明白了後來 撒在有石頭的地上的就是人聽道當下歡喜聽受只因他心裏沒有根也不過是暫時的及至爲道遇患難受迫害就厭棄 所以撒種的比喻你們應當聽凡聽見天國的道理不明白那兇惡的來將所撒在他心裏的奪了去這就是撒在道旁的了

21 Yet hath he not root in himself,

but dureth for a while: for when trib

ulation or persecution ariseth because of the word, by and by he is offended.

22 He also that received seed among the thorns is he that heareth

the word; and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, and he becometh unfruitful. 23 But he that received seed into the good ground is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it, which also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some a hundred fold, some sixty, some thirty.

24 T Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of

heaven is likened unto a man which

sowed good seed in his field:

25 But while men slept, his

enemy came and sowed tares among

the wheat, and went his way.

26 But when the blade was sprung

up, and brought forth fruit, then

appeared the tares also.

27 So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares? 28 He said unto them, An enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go

and gather them up?

29 But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also

the wheat with them..

30 Letboth grow together until the

harvest and in the time of harvest

I will say to the reapers, Gather ye

together first the tares, and bind *

them in bundles to burn them: but

gather the wheat into my barn.

31 T Another parable put he forth

unto them, saying, The kingdom of

heaven is like to a grain of mustard

seed, which a man took, and sowed

in his field:

33 T Another parable spake he unto them; The kingdom of heaven

is like unto leaven, which a woman took, and hid in three measures of

meal, till the whole was leavened.

34 All these things spake Jesus

unto the multitude in parables; and without a parable spake he not unto them:

35 That it might be fulfilled which

was spoken by the prophet, saying, I will open my mouth in parables; I will utter things which have been kept secret from the foundation of the world.

36 Then Jesus sent the multitude

away, and went into the house : and 此。

his disciples came unto him, saying,

Declare unto us the parable of the tares of the field.

37 He answered and said unto

them, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man;

38 The field is the world; the good

seed are the children of the king

dom; but the tares are the children

of the wicked one;

39 The enemy that sowed them is

the devil; the harvest is the end of the

world ; and the reapers are the angels. 40 As therefore the tares gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world.

講明了○當下耶穌遣散了衆人進了房子門徒進前來說請將田間稗子的 穌用比喩對眾人說的話不是比喻不對他們說正應了先知所說的話說我開口就說比喻的話將創世以來所隱藏的都 雀鳥飛來住在他的枝上〇叉對他們講一個比喻說天國如同酵婦人拏來擱在三斗麫裏麵就都發起來了這都是耶 一個比喻對眾人說天國如同一粒芥菜種被人種在田裏這是百種中最小的等到長成了比各樣菜都大成了樹空中的 容這兩樣一齊長等著收割到了收割的時候我告訴割麥子的先將稗子拔除捆成捆留著燒後將麥子收在倉〇叉設

界的末日收割的人就是天使把稗子聚起

就是人子那田地就是世界好種就是天國的子民稗子就
