Much care and pains have been taken to make this number worthy of its predeWe would call the special attention of our readers to the numerous and valuable articles on agricultural subjects. They are intended for the practical farmer, and all who cultivate the soil would do well to read them carefully.
Our thanks are due to various correspondents for hints and answers to problems and puzzles. We trust they will continue to write, and that we may receive any suggestions which may occur to any of our readers.
