you were in deep slumber on beds of indifference and negligence.

Jesus urged you to buy oil for your lamps in order to to meet the Bride-groom, but without spiritual oil the minds cannot recognize Him and thus you missed the opportunity.

Christ said, (Luke 21:31) "So, likewise ye, when ye see these things come to pass, know ye that the Kingdom is nigh at hand." The signs of His coming were all fulfilled in the Nineteenth Century at the time of His appearance, but you did not behold His Beauty.

Christ said, the Spirit of Truth shall come and guide you into all truth. So He came and uttered volumes of truths containing great and uplifting principles, spiritual teachings and edicts, which suffice the world. He said, Glory be to Him, "The Perfect One came and perfected everything to you in the Kingdom." But your eyes saw not His Glorious Perfection.

Christ taught that your salvation is in God the Father at His coming. "And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh." Luke 21:28. So the Mighty One came to save you and you did not avail yourselves of the opportunity.

O Christians! Why do you believe not the promise of Christ, that the Lord of the Vineyard shall come and save His Vineyard from the dishonest husbandmen (leaders of the Churches)? Christ predicted that the dishonest husbandmen would kill him; they killed him and that which he predicted was fulfilled, for as we all know, they were the

cause of Christ's death. Also he predicted, that after killing him, they would cast him out of the Vineyard. Who were "they," and how did they cast him out?

The leaders of the Christian Churches perverted and changed Christ's teachings and substituted their own, and thus cast him out of the Church (Vineyard). For instance, Christ taught, that he was sent to preach and teach the coming of the Kingdom of God on earth. The leaders taught that he was sent to shed his blood for the salvation of the world. Christ taught, that "The flesh profiteth nothing, the words that I speak to you, they are spirit, and they are life." John 6:63. They said Christ did not mean what he said, for one drop of his blood purifieth all the sins of mankind. Christ said, the Father is greater than he. The leaders of the Church said, it is not so, Christ is equal to the Father in every respect.

Christ taught, "The Father is the only true God." John 17:3. The leaders of the Church said that Christ is also a true God as he is the second person of the Trinity which was introduced into the Christian Church by St. Athanasius three hundred and twenty-five years after Christ. They perverted nearly every true principle Christ taught and placed some horrible ones in their stead. Christ taught that God is good, but they attributed to God cruelty and injustice in teaching that he killed and punished the innocent in place of the sinful. Indeed they cast Christ out of the Church and what he prophesied was fulfilled.

Christ called them hypocrites and sons of vipers

for accusing him of false doctrines and immorality. Although they accused Beha 'U'llah of the same, as Dr. Wilson did, yet, he used kind language and said to them, "If ye follow me I will make you the heirs of my Kingdom, and if ye rebel against me I will be kindly patient; I am the Merciful, the Forgiver." They always stand between God and their followers into whose eyes they throw sand in order that they may not see the truth.

It is surprising how quickly they turn the tide of their misdoings to suit their desires. For centuries they taught and urged the people to believe that God had killed forty-two children by sending two she bears from the wood to tear them to pieces because those children mocked His prophet. See 2nd Kings 2:24. Also that God murdered many other children and men for similar reasons. But the worst thing they have ever taught is, that the Just and Merciful Father showed no mercy nor justice to His own Son, whom he killed to save sinners.

Besides this, they caused strife and disturbance among Christians, and created unspeakable enmity and dissension all over Christendom. Wars and slaughters for differences in faith took place and millions of Christians were killed because of their intrigues.

Now, these leaders are awakened to the fact, that Beha 'U'llah the Everlasting Father, came to save His Vineyard from their hands, and that they are in danger of losing their positions. And they realize that their followers are abandoning the Churches in groups because of the inconsistency of their teachings. So they renew the methods of mislead

ing their followers and attack the Everlasting Father, accusing Him of imperfection, because He instigated His followers to kill twenty people among their opponents; yes, His followers killed some of their opponents, but He was not responsible for their action and severely punished them by prohibiting them, for a long time, from coming into His Sacred Presence.

Likewise, they are claiming that Beha 'U'llah cannot be Divine nor the Manifestation of the Father, because He made a mistake in teaching that His half-brother Subhi-Azel became an infidel and a traitor to the Truth. They say Beha 'U'llah acknowledged the Divinity of the Bab and also the appointment of Subhi-Azel as the agent, and if the Bab were Divine he would never have made this mistake and appointed a traitor as his agent and the head of the Babi movement. This claim proves that their knowledge is limited, because in this case neither the Bab nor Beha 'U'llah made a mistake. The law of God teaches us to give positions and bestow favors on His creatures notwithstanding their future actions of good or evil. If they are good and trustworthy they will perform the functions of their positions and thereby be rewarded and attain that which was decreed to them of the blessings peculiar to those positions. But if they fail to do so, they will lose said positions, and God will put others in their place. Now, I would like to advise those leaders to repent and refrain from making such criticism; because if both Beha 'U'llah and the Bab made a mistake in thus doing, Christ himself made a similar mistake in appointing the

Iscariot, who later fell from grace and became an infidel and a traitor, as one of his disciples.

The Iscariot was warned by Christ but did not heed the warning. The Bab warned Subhi Azel by writing to him, "Should He whom God shall manifest appear at your time, at once render to him the power." But he refused to do so when Beha 'U'llah manifested Himself. Beha 'U'llah warned

Abbas Effendi in the last paragraph of His last Will entitled the "Book of My Covenant," which Abbas Effendi concealed from the followers when it was read at the tomb of Beha by admonishing him "to remain faithful." But Abbas Effendi instead of promulgating the teachings of Beha for which he was appointed, is busy proclaiming himself as a Manifestation and has proved unfaithful. This caused the fall of Abbas Effendi from the position given to him in the "Book of My Covenant" and the occupation of the same by Mohammed Ali Effendi as it was decreed therein.

Because of the claims of Abbas Effendi, which are directly against the teachings of the Father, the followers of Beha 'U'llah split into two parties, viz: Those who believe in Abbas Effendi and his claims, whom we call the Abbasites, and those who agree with Mohammed Ali Effendi, the second son of Beha 'U'llah, following strictly the teachings of Beha 'U'llah, who foretold us plainly to heed not the pretender who shall appear directly after Him, for he is a lying impostor.

Dr. Wilson condemns in his work the Behai religion, because of this dissension and considers it a false one; yet he believes and supports Christian
