1. Settlement on marriage of a sum of stock, the property of
the intended wife, with extensive powers of investment
and varying securities-The income during the joint lives
of husband and wife to be paid to the wife for her separate
use, with a restriction on anticipation, and after the death
of either of them to the survivor of life—After the death of
the survivor, the capital and income to be for the issue of
the marriage, as the husband and wife, or the survivor shall
appoint, and in default of appointment, for sons attaining
twenty-one and daughters attaining that age or marrying
