LIGHT HARNESS.

Mares and geldings four years old and over.-There were twenty-one entries in this class, of which but nineteen were on exhibition. P. Thompson, Delaware. He is a very handsome gelding, with fine carriage, and should, with care, make a nunber one saddle nag.

The third entry was only a pony.

MATCHED GELDINGS AND MARES, PAIR COACHI GELDINGS OR MARES.

Three teams were exhibited in this class.

The first premium was awarded to the bay geldings, "Charlie" and "Dick," owned by W. P. Church, Unionville, Ohio. They are a fine, showy pair of geldings, with plenty of bone and substance, and would, with a little more speed, make a good road team; height sixteen hands and sixteen hands o: e inch. "Charlie's" sire, Black Hawk Morgan; dam, thoroughbred; Dick sired by Star Hambletonian; weight, eleven hundred and seventy-five pounds and twelve hundred pounds.

The second premium was awarded to the chestnut geldinge, "Charlie" and "John,” owned by Steven Carey, Amity, West Cannan, Ohio; height, sixteen hands and sixteen hands and one-quarter of an inch; girth, six feet and six feet one inch; weight, thirteen hundred and ten pounds and thirteen hundred and forty pounds. Quite a good business team, but lacking in style.

DRAFT OR FARM GELDINGS OR MARES.

There were four entries in this class.

The first premium was awarded to " Young Belgiums," three years old, bays; height, sixteen hands: weight, jointly, twenty-eight hundred and twenty pounds; owned by Messrs. J. P.
