Fourthly. That you do your best to so arrange your time tables and the running of special trains as to avoid tedious delays and other embarrassments to the public; and,

Fifthly. That you be kind enough to accede to these several petitions in writing, so that I may publish your proposals immediately for the assurance of the public.

It is impossible for this Society, or any other, to hold a successful State Fair unless the Railroads will grant terms equivalent to the above, and I trust that you will cordially do so on behalf of the...... ....Railway.
